A new frozen door greeter

It's bee n forever since I've written anything about our family's adventures.  Life just seems to get away from me...keeping busy with all the details of running a household and working Monday through Friday doing medical transcription.  We had a great Thanksgiving with a gracious church family who invited us.  We had a great time getting to know a family of nine children with the youngest being four-years-old, so Josiah had a playmate.

We had a snow storm two or three weeks ago and Josiah and Mom had a chance to make one of our first snowmen together....it came out much bigger than Mom realized and had quite a time heaving the middle snow "boulder" up....but Mama snow woman and her kid were pretty cute by the time we embellished them with Mom's hat, rocks for buttons, etcetera.  Josiah had a fun time watching him shrink before his eyes as he ate from his high chair and the weather turned warm.  The weather here in Montana has been unseasonably warm and we still have no snow on the ground although the mountains have snow about a third of the way down from the peak.

  1. Wonderful to see you back to blogging :)! Your snow mom and boy are adorable. Grandpa A was just here and Nick was showing him the last pictures of Josiah playing with the legos. Grandpa was telling us about Josiah singing happy birthday to him. We would have so much fun sliding together :)but I think you meant migrating to a warmer place :). Tell the family we all said hi!

  2. Glad that Dad got to see some pictures of him. Josiah is pretty amazing, he is singing already and not too bad for being under three-years-old!
Yes, we would have a lot of fun sliding, but you are right, I was talking about warm weather migration! Say hi to everyone there too, I like Cliff's beard- I like keeping up on what you guys are up to, not too many dull moments with your family, that's for sure! Blessings!
